E-mail notification service

We have introduced an notification service offering e-mail notifications of new and updated pages. For the time being the notification service applies to Norwegian content only, unless you subscribe to all site content ("Alt innhold - hele nettstedet"). Hopefully, a fully English version of the notification service will be introduced later. 

Be aware that it is superflous to subscibe to more categories if you choose "Alt innhold - hele nettstedet".
